All orders must be paid in full before processing for dispatch.
Processing
We aim to despatch orders within 48 hours but delivery will depend upon the chosen method of shipping and time of day of purchase. Orders received will be dispatched within 1-3 working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of stock.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch the item as soon as it arrives.

All standard orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Post. This usually takes 2-4 working days, however this cannot be guaranteed. If delivery is urgent, please choose a Courier or Registered Next Day service as your delivery choice. Orders must be placed before 1.00pm to guarantee Next day deliveries.
European Delivery
A delivery service is available to Europe.
The standard delivery charge for orders up to 400gm is £8.95
The standard delivery charge for orders above 400gm – 1kg the standard delivery charge is £9.95
Larger orders are calculated by weight and the shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Estimated delivery time from dispatch is normally 5 – 7 working days.
USA & Canada
A delivery service is available to USA & Canada.
The standard delivery charge for orders up to 400gm is £15.95
The standard delivery charge for orders above 400gm – 1kg is £25.00
The standard delivery charge for orders 1kg – 1.5kg is £35.00
